He started his career as a commercial pilot and flew between Puerto Rico and Barbados. He has seen all of the islands and got interested with their architecture and development.

Always interested in architecture, Ricky got into real estate in 1994 and has designed, built and sold several homes of his own. He built the first four homes at Turtle Beach and currently makes his home there.

He has a wide range of knowledge of the island and the real estate involved and has chosen to specialize in luxury villas, high end residential property and premium commercial and residential land sales. As owner of St. Kitts Realty and as a developer his expertise and knowlege in the field of realestate and development will provide the highest level of personal and professional service.



A former Hotelier, Claire Rawson brings to St.Kitts Realty, her intimate knowledge of the Tourism & Leisure Industry. Born in St.Kitts and educated in the U.K., Claire and her husband owned and ran one of the islands most prestigious Inns for 16 years.

Claire now serves as a Director on the Boards of both the St.Kitts Tourism Authority and the St.Kitts & Nevis Hotel & Tourism Association, organisations in which she plays an active role. Claire is an accomplished cook, loves to travel and now makes her home at Turtle Beach Estates with her husband.


Gary and Mary Pereira
Gary has spent most of his life on St. Kitts. He was educated in Canada and has since been in the hospitality business for over 20 years. Originally from South Carolina, Mary moved here 6 years ago and obtained her veterinary degree. She is also involved in the hospitality industry.

They love to fish, travel, cook, and enjoy the island together. They make their home at Turtle beach Estates and bring with them a thorough knowledege of St. Kitts. They look forward to welcoming future residents and investors.
