By purchasing property through a designated development for Economic Citizenship, owners can become eligible for citizenship. Properties offering economic citizenship include:

The program is available to those who spend at least USD$250,000 on a property designated for economic citizenship or if they invest USD$200,000 in Treasury Bonds on terms permitting repayment after 10 years. The registration fees applicable for citizenship are $35,000 US for the head of household; $15,000 US for either spouse, and USD$15,000 for each child under 18.
