The lot faces the Leeward Coast with a beautiful view of the sunset. The lot is elevated approximately 100 feet above sea level. This lot is also fenced and has mature trees. The two storeys Villa was built in 2001. the Villa has been well maintained. The floor and ceiling are in excellent condition. A few of the walls are cracked in the bedrooms and a few fixtures (mainly on the extreior) needs to be replaced. Teh kitchen cabinets are outdated and should be replaced.
